Your energy plan of the month

On morning:

–          For the breakfast, eat proteins like eggs, toasts with granary bread and a cup of tea/ coffee.

–          At coffee break, a fruit like apple or kiwi.

The lunch:

–          At time of the lunch, choose complex carbs like white meat, colorful vegetables: tomatoes, salad; Wholegrain rice or quinoa and potatoes.

–          Yoghurt with fruit jam or an apple.

For the afternoon break:

–          2 pieces of black chocolate with minimum 70% cocoa, in order to improve the mood.

–          1 apple

–          1 yoghourt 0% fat

At dinner:

Meat and broccoli

–          A steak and broccoli. The red meat is a best source of energy: iron, minerals and green vegetables for the vitamins.

Before sleeping, don’t forget to sip a cup of chamomile. With this program you will be more performant in your work and will improve your mood and serenity. Do sport three hours per week for the health. You can practice individual or team sport, it’s as you prefer… Enjoy your life!
